IPhone 12 and 12 mini each have 4GB of RAM while 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max are equipped with 6GB of RAM. Rumors previously suggested that the iPhone 14 Pro series would bring RAM LPDDR5 faster while 14 regular models would stick to RAM LPDDR4X even though we did not get confirmation about this from the New Xcode report.
