In the last two years, one of the many ways Apple distinguishes the iPhone Pro and Non-Pro is RAM capacity. IPhone 12 and 12 mini each have 4GB of RAM while 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max are equipped with 6GB of RAM. The same scenario was played last year with 13 mini and iPhone 13 again using 4GB of RAM while 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max hold superior with 6GB RAM.
Now, Xcode 14 Beta confirms that all iPhone 14 models get 6GB of RAM. This marked the first time since the iPhone 11 series that all new models get the same amount of RAM. Rumors previously suggested that the iPhone 14 Pro series would bring RAM LPDDR5 faster while 14 regular models would stick to RAM LPDDR4X even though we did not get confirmation about this from the New Xcode report.
