The accessibility feature of noise cancellation that affects phone calls is not available on the iPhone 13, with Apple’s support seems to believe that the removal of the option of the setting application is a permanent change.
Apple encourages cancellation of noise in the airpods pro line, as well as others, as a way to make audio more clearly for others. Apparently, while the iPhone has similar features built into it for ordinary phone calls, it’s not an item that can be adjusted to all users.
Can be accessed through application settings under accessibility then audio / visual, telephone noise cancellation is intended to reduce ambient noise on phone calls when you hold the headset to your ear. This is intended to make it easier to hear the phone call itself, even though there is noise from your closest environment.

While Toggle to activate and disable telephone noise cancellation is available for many iPhone models, it cannot be accessed on the iPhone 13. According to the 9to5mac source that has contacted Apple’s support, this feature is not supported in the iPhone 13 lineup.
Apple’s support specifically said it was not on the iPhone 13. When asked for clarification, Apple’s support said “it was not supported,” and to use the Apple feedback site to give criticism about it.
However, the initial report on this problem, quoting Apple’s support, said that it was a bug. It is not clear which team is right, as AppleInsider calls the support line on Saturday morning to confirm, and they repeat the initial claim to be a bug.
It seems to be an unusual decision to remove features that are so useful permanently, if Apple’s support is correct in its claim that it is not “supported.” The iPhone 13 certainly has all the microphones and other elements needed to create a feature function, and enough processing onboard to handle it.
As for whether it can restore, it seems quite reasonable to do it, even though it will depend on the team working on iOS updates in the future to add it again.
