Audiophiles who like Apple Homepod and Homepodi Smart Speakers will love the latest news. New support documents have been published by Apple which shows that both original homepods and new mini homepods are updated to support the new Apple music lossless level. This new feature leads to support documents with sentences that read support will come in software updates in the future.

The document does not provide a release date for updates that will bring lossless support. However, revealing that lossless support came to the device at all was a big change. Apple previously indicated lossless support would not arrive at the speed of the speaker of his smart. Considering that Apple stopped the original homepod a few months ago, this is good news to know that lossless support will come to the device at all.

The Mini Homepod is Apple’s newest smart speaker. Lossless audio is not the only update of Apple has provided the Homepod speaker stopped. Recently, Apple updates the original device that allows it to be used as a speaker for all TV input sources. The warning for that update is that the second generation 4K Apple TV is also needed.

Another bit of interesting words in Apple’s support document instructions that Apple TV 4K can support lossless audio in the future. Updated documents say that Apple TV 4K “currently does not support hi-res lossless” which shows that support may come in the future.

Lossless levels of Apple Music will come in June without additional costs for those who have subscribed to $ 9.99 per month. Apple has said that there will be more than 20 million songs in lossless quality when launched, and the number will reach 75 million at the end of the year.
