If you want to register for the Apple Podcast subscription, first announced during the April Loaded Spring event, you have to wait a little longer: originally scheduled to be launched in May, a paid subscription in the IOS Podcast application has been postponed until June to make last-minute tweaks.

Apple announces the delay in an email to the podcaster seen by 9to5mac, but does not explain precisely why the launch will occur a month later – only that the company needs more time:

“To ensure we provide the best experience for creators and listeners, subscriptions and podcast channels Apple will now be launched in June. We will communicate further updates about availability, and best practices to help you prepare your subscription and channel, through this bulletin,” Email Reported reading.

Separately, Apple also acknowledged that the problem of several creators had experienced with the Apple Podcast directory, which has caused updates to show more slower listeners – and some podcast feeds disappear completely from searches, problems that can affect third-party applications and clients who rely on iTunes Store Fire for Data, because 9to5mac shows when problems arise in April.

Apple also turned out to admit that fans were not too happy with the re-design Apple Podcast application launched with iOS 14.5 – and based on feedback, changes will come to the application, starting with iOS 14.6 newly released with more improvements to the library arrived in the next few weeks ,
