Spotify is launching music search filters and podcasts on iOS and Android applications. When you type something, you will immediately see the filter tab under the search bar. Tapped one refinesines search results. This filter includes the top results, artists, songs, playlists, albums, podcasts & shows, episodes and profiles.
If you are looking for “cooking,” for example, you will be able to browse curated dinner playlists, podcasts that display the chef and playlist made by users, Spotify suggests. Search filters must be available for all Spotify mobile users in the coming weeks. They don’t sign up a massive change, but they have to help you find what you are looking for a little faster, and maybe let you find some new music and podcasts.
Spotify has made several other changes to the cellular user interface recently. It redesign the veranda screen again in March to help you return to the things you have listened to, such as an unfinished podcast episode. Earlier this week, the company said it changed the display of several buttons to increase accessibility. It will also begin copying podcasts automatically.
