Many monitors lately have become much better and far more advanced but the way they work mostly remain the same. You plug in video sources, such as computers, consoles, or even phones that without monitors are basically useless. Late last year, Samsung launched a new type of look, while also acting as a monitor, it can also serve their own content from other sources. This Samsung Smart monitor now grows with two new models that include the smallest and largest needs.
What makes a special Samsung smart monitor line is that they can be useful even without a computer or an attached phone. Running Tizen OS is the same as what it uses on a smart TV, the monitor can actually also flow content directly through the Samsung Hub. It can also be connected to a remote computer, like that from Microsoft 365.
This update carries two models without folds. At one end of the range is a new 24-inch M5 screen with FHD resolution to meet those who have a narrow space. On extreme opposite is the option of Hulking M7 43 inch which, fortunately, is also equipped with higher UHD density resolution. At this point, the smart monitor really becomes more like a smart TV that happens to be connected to a laptop or telephone.
The last part is an important difference for Samsung, of course, as he played into a Dex system for cellular. Especially with the new smart keyboard trio announced, Samsung pushed Dex back to public awareness. Hopefully, it means it also prepares several updates and improvements on the platform immediately, maybe when launching the Galaxy Z Fold 3 in July or August.
In addition to announcing a new smart monitor model, Samsung also brags about the remote that comes with a 43-inch UHD model made of recycled plastic and can be charged from solar power or light bulb. Other models also get a remote which is at least part of a recycled plastic.
