Oneplus Nord 2 5G has begun to accept new Oxygenos updates that fix the recording problem of calls in India. The latest updates came just a few days after Oneplus released Oxygenos A.15 for Oneplus Nord 2 5G. The last oxygenos updating call recording is disabled through the Google Phone application in India, according to a user report. Launched in July last year, Oneplus Nord 2 5G comes loaded with the Google Phone application that offers call recording functionality and allows users to record voice calls, without requiring third-party applications.
As originally reported by the developer Xda, Oneplus has begun launching an oxygenos A.16 update for Oneplus Nord 2 5G in India and Europe. The update is equipped with the DN2101_11_A.16 software version for Indian users, while it is available as DN2103_11_A.16 for their European colleagues.
Changelog from the reform intended for Indian users, which has been distributed by several users in the Oneplus Community Forum, shows that the update “fixes the loss of Google’s call recording.” Another change is the same as the last update. Software updates do not carry changes to the Android security patch because it remains the December 2021 version.
After the last update, some Oneplus Nord 2 5G users in India complained that it disabled the call recording function provided through the Google Phone application. Although Oneplus formally does not recognize the problem, updates appear to resolve user complaints.
After saying that some users have now been taken to the Oneplus community forum to report that after updating the Oneplus Nord 2 5G to the latest software version, they can no longer turn off the flashlight through the power button. The phone usually turns off the inbuilt flashlight when the user clicks twice the power button on the side.
The 360 gadget has reached oneplus for clarity on the update. This report will be updated when the company responds.
