In early 2021, some rumors talked about the coming iPhone SE having a more ultramodern- looking design. Now, however, through an’update’to one similar scuttlebutt, we are told that actually the iPhone SE (2022) will have the same design as the iPhone SE (2020), which in fact reused the design of the iPhone 8 from 2017.
That is surely going to look out of place in the mobile world this time, with virtually all phones, including budget boasters, settling for the’all- screen’ look. The new iPhone SE will have none of that, however. Also again, iPhone SE buyers do not feel to watch how outdated their device’s design is, as long as it remains the cheapest iPhone to get, they’ll get it-for that reason. Oh, and this time around, there will be 5G erected-in too.
It’s presumably Apple’s strangest mobile product, the iPhone SE, with its two- time refresh cycle (unheard of away, indeed in Apple’s own portfolio)-and those refreshes only’ refresh’ commodity in the design department every other generation, as in-every four times! But, again, none of this matters, people are going to keep buying the iPhone SE because it’s the only cheap iPhone.
In 2024, by the way, the iPhone SE should get a design evocative of the iPhone XR and iPhone 11, only with a slightly lower screen size. It will not get Face ID, but will allegedly come with a Touch ID detector bedded in the power button. A full two times from now, you will get similar amazing inventions on the iPhone SE. Worth the delay? You be the judge.
