Freestyle is probably one of the most unique and interesting Samsung devices revealed at CES, but if you want to have a premium game play experience, freestyle may not be your first choice – as fantastic. The good news is that Samsung has more products to be displayed at CES 2022, and one of them is a Curved Bonkers 55-inch Ark Odyssey monitor, specifically designed for Avid gamers.
We were fortunate enough to briefly test Odyssey Ark, I.e., the biggest curved monitor, at CES 2022, and we have prepared another video for the event. See below, complete for further details, and join us in the comments section with thinking and opinion on this new product.
Odyssey Ark can be used in landscape or portrait mode
Rotate establishment is one of the most unique characteristics of Odyssey Ark. Basically, the monitor has a 1000r curve radius, similar to Odyssey G9, except to have a higher aspect ratio of 16: 9, which can be used in both. Landscape and portrait mode.
Odyssey Ark supports the UHD 4K resolution and has a 1ms response time. However, Samsung claims that Ark Odyssey can reach 165Hz refresh speed, but this detail may change when the monitor goes on sale.
Ark uses Mini Quantum LED display technology and offers six default speakers with Dolby Atmos. Some details are still missing, so we are not sure about the number of ports and whether the display supports features such as G-Sync and Freerync.
Samsung’s new curved monitor is quite large so we sort of hope it has a remote. One new luxury that collects from your Wi-Fi router signal. But not.
About how much it costs, we are not sure. Samsung has not revealed the right release and detailed price, but we must find out more. Stay here and check our videos below to take a closer look at Ark Odyssey at CES 2022.
