Motorola has launched EDGE 30 in India. This phone is a more affordable version of the Motorola Edge 30 Pro launched earlier this year with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. The Edge 30 chipset, while it is the first telephone in the country which is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ 5G chipset.
Motorola Edge 30 uses Pored FHD+ 6.5 inch panels with 10-bit color support and 144Hz refresh rate. This screen also supports HDR10+ and DCI-P3 color space. Panels are also protected by Gorilla Glass 3.
This phone is powered by the Snapdragon 778G+ chipset combined with 6GB or 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB storage. The back of the phone consists of acrylic material.
Coming to the camera, we have a 50MP main camera along with a 50MP Ultrawide camera. There is also a depth of 2MP’s third sensor. Both 50MP sensors can record 4K video to 30fps. There is also a 32MP front camera for selfies and video calls.
Other features on Motorola EDGE 30 include double microphone, stereo speakers, NFC, fingerprint scanners under the appearance and 4020mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging.
Motorola Edge 30 is valued at RS 27,999 for the 6GB/128GB variant and RS 29,999 for the 8GB/128GB variant. This device is available in two color options – Meteor Gray and Aurora Green.
This phone will start for sale starting May 19 at 12 noon and buyers who buy a telephone from Flipkart, Reliance Digital and other leading platforms will also be able to get instant discounts of RS 2000 flat for HDFC bank credit cards and EMI transactions.
