In March, Ford announced that some New Bronco buyers would not get their vehicle until 2022. The problems that prevented the broncos conveyed are with painted modular hardtop. Pandemics and other supply chain issues are combined to slow down the production of Hardks along with requests that are significantly more than the expected Ford, which results in delays in vehicles ordered with the option.
Ford has now sent an email to another Bronco customer which points to a delay without insight when the order may be filled. Ford Bronco’s reservation holder who has not received confirmation that their truck is being built will face a significant potential delay in getting their vehicle. Ford sent an email that admitted there were many things about the supply chain problems they had ordered Broncos no matter.
Ford understood that all buyers wanted to be their bronco. The email said part of the reason the message came out very late to warn the problem of production was because the car maker had done everything possible to avoid having to send an email. Ford said “Achilles heel” in the launch has become a Hardtop roof. Production capacity is not in accordance with actual demand, and while Ford invests millions of dollars in fixing the problem of supply of roof, he said supply will not be repaired overnight.
Ford promised to remind those who had ordered Bronco and keep them in a circle with emails that came to tell them when their truck was scheduled for production, when it was built and waited for the final calibration and inspection, and when it was sent. Ford also offered Bronco owners who were not too happy by delaying other opportunities to access free off-road driving experiences known as Bronco off-rodeo before their vehicle was sent. Ford also promised to continue to create opportunities for people to see Bronco in their area. Ford does not offer indications when the hardtop production woes will end.
